Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
EXENT products are digital software licenses delivered instantly upon purchase. Once a license key or download link has been issued, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled.

2. Before Activation
If your license has not yet been activated or delivered, you may request cancellation through our official Discord support channel. Requests will be reviewed individually and approved only if the product has not been accessed or redeemed.

3. Activated Licenses
Once a key has been activated, linked to an account, or hardware-locked (HWID), it is non-refundable and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

4. No Automatic Renewals
EXENT does not offer automatic renewals or recurring subscriptions. All purchases are one-time unless otherwise specified at checkout.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension and permanent license revocation. Please contact support before initiating any dispute to resolve issues directly and avoid penalties.
