These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“Customer,” “User,” or “you”) and EXENT (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of our website, software, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any EXENT software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Parties
1.1. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and EXENT.
1.2. EXENT provides access to digital software tools and license-based products (“Products”) compatible with Windows operating systems.
1.3. To use EXENT Services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.

2. General Terms
2.1. By creating an account or making a purchase on our platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2.2. EXENT reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.3. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any updates posted on https://exent.cc.
2.4. Products are provided as-is for personal use only. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the terms of third-party platforms or software (e.g., game servers, applications) where applicable.
2.5. Product status, availability, and compatibility information are subject to change without prior notice due to software updates or external platform modifications.

3. Account and License
3.1. Each EXENT account is personal and non-transferable.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and license keys.
3.3. Sharing, selling, or transferring your account or license to another person is strictly prohibited.
3.4. License keys are hardware-locked (HWID) and may only be reset in accordance with our support policy (once every 7 days).
3.5. Unauthorized access, resale, or redistribution of EXENT software will result in permanent account termination without refund.

4. Payments and Pricing
4.1. All prices are listed in EUR (or equivalent currency) and processed securely via Stripe.
4.2. EXENT may change product prices or offer limited-time discounts without notice. Updated prices apply only to future purchases.
4.3. Once payment is confirmed and the license is delivered, the order is final. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
4.4. EXENT does not store payment data. All financial transactions are handled directly by third-party processors under their respective privacy policies.

5. Prohibited Conduct
When using EXENT software, you agree NOT to:

• Distribute, share, or resell our software without written authorization
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify our software
• Use EXENT products in conjunction with any malicious or illegal activity
• Access our Services through unauthorized or automated systems (including virtual machines, spoofed hardware, or bots)
• Provide false information during registration or support interactions

Violations may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content, software, and materials on EXENT’s website are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use EXENT software for personal purposes only.
6.3. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display of EXENT’s software, website content, or assets is strictly prohibited.

7. Suspension and Termination
7.1. EXENT reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Services for any violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.
7.2. Termination may occur without prior notice to protect the integrity and security of our systems.
7.3. If terminated, you forfeit all rights to your account and active licenses. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.
7.4. Users attempting to evade bans or create alternate accounts after termination may be permanently blacklisted.

8. Liability and Disclaimers
8.1. All EXENT products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with all systems.
8.2. EXENT is not responsible for any loss, damages, or bans resulting from misuse, misconfiguration, or unauthorized modifications.
8.3. You agree to indemnify and hold EXENT harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our Services.
8.4. EXENT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or system downtime.

9. Monitoring and Data Use
9.1. By using EXENT software, you consent to limited system and license verification necessary for product activation and fraud prevention.
9.2. This includes collection of non-personal technical data such as HWID, IP address, and OS version for authentication purposes.
9.3. All collected data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

10. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase and are subject to review by our billing department.

11. DMCA and Copyright Protection
11.1. EXENT complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar international laws.
11.2. Any copyright infringement complaints must be submitted via Discord ticket with appropriate documentation.

12. Governing Law
12.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union.
12.2. In case of disputes, the courts of the country where EXENT operates shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
